Shrewsbury Unitarian Church hosts a number of events throughout the year including:
- Open Church, coffee morning and second-hand book sale – 12 – 2pm, usually the first Saturday of the month
- Poetry Group – 10.30am – 12.30pm, usually the third Thursday of the month
- Coffee morning and Food Hub – Tuesdays from 9am – 1pm
- Bring and Share lunches
- Workshops on aspects of Unitarianism and spiritual development
